The Museum of Russia's Railways open son July, 30

The country's largest multifunctional railway museum complex announces resuming its work. Starting July 30everyonewillbeabletovisitthepermanentexhibition of the museum, which presents carefully restored steam locomotives, models and interactive systems.

In accordance with the recommendations of the Federal Service for Surveillance on Consumer Rights Protection and Human Wellbeing, the Government of Saint Petersburg and the requirements of the «Russian Railways» company, a number of measures have been developed to ensure the safety of the museum's visitors and employees.

The museum says that it has changed its working schedule due to the coronavirus pandemic:

- for individual visitors, sessions of 10 people are provided with an interval of 15 minutes (the session time is indicated on the ticket);
- excursions for groups consisting of 5 people maximum will be organized every hour;
- it is prohibited to visit the museum without personal protective equipment (masks and gloves).

It is only possible to visit the museum by purchasing an electronic voucher for a specific session on the museum's official website.
