30.07.2020

Recall that the other day, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin approved a cashback up to 15 thousand rubles for travel across Russia. 15 billion rubles are allocated.

According to the Association of Tour Operators (ATOR), the essence of the incentive campaign is cash back on a tourist's card when buying a tour according to the list of Russian regions specified by Rosturizm and paying for it with a bank card of the Mir payment system.

The tour, according to the terms of the promotion, must include transportation and accommodation in a hotel (in certain regions from the list) that has passed mandatory classification. The duration of the tour must be at least 5 nights, and the cost must be at least 25 thousand rubles.

Cruise routes in Russia with accommodation on a ship, as well as (according to the latest information from Rostourism) also those tours in which only hotel accommodation (without a flight) are included, also fall under the terms of the promotion.

The promotion will be valid from August 15 to December 20, 2020. With a tour cost of 25 thousand rubles, cashback will be 5 thousand rubles. Tourists who have spent more than 50 thousand rubles on a voucher will receive 10 thousand rubles back. A refund of 15 thousand rubles is provided for those who paid 75 thousand rubles or more.

When will cashback for a tour of Russia return to the tourist's card?

The terms of receipt of cashback are not specified in the document, it is only indicated that it will be a "prompt" return. According to the latest information from Rostourism, the cashback will be credited to the tourist's card within 5 days after paying for the tour on the website.

More information about the action and the list of regions participating in the action can be found on the website of the Association of Tour Operators (ATOR).
