Since the opening of the colonnade of St. Isaac's Cathedral, the number of its visitors has reached about 43 thousand people. This was reported by RIA Novosti with reference to the director of the State Museum-Monument "St. Isaac's Cathedral" Yurii Mudrov. The total attendance of the museum has decreased tenfold.

“Our attendance has decreased compared to the pre-pandemic time. There are about ten times less visitors, ”Mudrov said.

Isaac's Colonnade opened on July 16, St. Isaac's Cathedral itself - on July 19, the Church of the Savior on Spilled Blood - on July 23. According to the director, 43,000 people visited St. Isaac's Cathedral in 11 days, and 5,000 people visited the Church of the Savior on Spilled Blood in 4 days.
