The visitors information center of St.Petersburg (Contact-center) is created by the Committee for tourism development of St. Petersburg to provide residents and guests of the city with all the necessary tourist and cultural information and to help in emergency situations.
The hotline for tourists is available at numbers: 8-800-222-88-12 (free call) и 8-(812)- 324-03-03 from с 09:00 to 21:00.
Visitors can also chat with operators in the Telegram messenger @contact_center_bot and in chat-bot on the website touristinfo.spb.ru.
